TDP leader JC Diwakar Reddy on Saturday surrendered at Ananthapur Rural Police Station over the comments against police saying that he would hire bootlicking police when TDP comes into power.
These remarks were made in a meeting in the presence of Former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu. The police have registered a case, upon the complaint filed by the Ananthapur District police officers association president Trilok Nath. the case was registered under sections 153 and 506. JC Diwakar Reddy should come to the police station twice in a month.
