Tamil Nadu Chief Minister K Palanisami Today accepted two major demanded placed by O Panneerselvam's Faction to speed up the merger process.
In the press conference at Secretariat, CM informed AIADMK Government took the decision to appoint a Judicial Commission headed by Retired Judge to probe into the death of Jayalalithaa as several speculations kept doing rounds. He, however, didn't disclose when will the Judicial Commission submit it's report but maintained any further action would be based on the findings of the inquiry.
In addition, Palanisamy declared Jayalalithaa's Poes Garden residence Veda Nilayam will be converted into a memorial and kept open for public.
Jayalalithaa passed away on December 5th last year after undergoing treatment in Apollo Hospital for 75 Days. Secrecy maintained over the treatment offered to Amma & disallowing anybody to meet her in the hospital has given scope for various rumours.
