Junior Sachin created history by scoring 546 runs

With cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar calling time on his 24-year-old career, the cricketing circles in Mumbai found the replica of the legend cricketer

Within no time of Sachin’s retirement, A 15 years old Mumbai kid Prithvi sha has created a all time record by scoring 546 runs at school level cricket Henes shield Tournament.

He score 546 with 85 fours and 5 sixes facing 330 balls .This is the third top score in all forms of cricket (Internationally) whereas this score stands 1st in Indian cricket History.

With this, Prithvi has broken the earlier Mumbai schools cricket record of Armaan Jaffer who had amassed 498 in a Giles Shield semi-final in 2010-11. Armaan also held the Harris Shield record of 476 runs in the finals last year which has also been broken now.

Prithvi has been a regular member of the Mumbai junior teams and has scored consistently in all junior selection tournaments from the time he was 8.

It needs to be reminded that In 1988, a soon-to-be-15-yeard-old Sachin Tendulkar and Vinod Kambli, 16, entered the record books for their 664-run partnership in the Harris Shield for Shardashram Vidyamandir against St Xavier's High School. Sachin scored 326 not out and Kambli 349 not out
