YSR Congress chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy received a huge shock on Tuesday. YSR's Cousin (Aunt's Son) & Jagan's uncle Peter joined Telugu Desam Party in the presence of AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu.
Until recently, Peter is an active member of YSR Congress. He emerged as victorious contesting from 23rd ward in Kadapa corporation polls.
On this occasion, Peter made some sensational allegations against YCP. He alleged YSRC Leaders demanded Rs 1 crore for the post of Deputy Mayor in Kadapa corporation. He accused YCP Leadership for mounting pressure on him to withdraw application filed to seek Standing Council membership. He also pointed out that only Rs 18 lakhs was allotted for his Division, whereas others received Rs 70 lakh to Rs 1 crore.
Peter added, 'I used to serve as advisor for YSR Government. After TDP came to power, Few people tried to replace me but Chandrababu insisted I should continue in the post. TDP holds the credit for offering funds and 125 posts to YSR Degree College'.
