Kamal Haasan announced he will launch his statewide tour in February this year from Former President Abdul Kalam's residence.
In his weekly column for Tamil Magazine Ananda Vikatan, The 63-Year-Old Actor wrote he would embark his tour across Tamil Nadu next month from Abdul Kalam's residence in Ramanathapuram as a mark of respect for the visionary. 'Abdul Kalam have a vision for the country. I wish to replicate his thoughts. While launching my tour, I would announce the name of my political party and ideology,' he said.
The National Award-winning Actor claims his tour is meant to understand the plight of common man and their aspirations. Ramanathapuram is also the home town of Kamal Haasan. A lot of people appreciate Kamal's way of honoring the Missile Man.
Whereas, Rajinikanth is yet to announce any plans of a statewide tour. He might take a call depending on the response for the tour of his dear friend.
