The second day of the 18-day Monsoon Session of Parliament took an interesting turn after Actor-politician Samajwadi Party MP Jaya Bachchan slammed Kangana Ranaut's comments on the film industry.
Speaking in the house, Jaya Bachhan said that, people who earned popularity in the industry are calling the industry as glitter and I will not agree with such statements.
She alleged a conspiracy with an aim to defame the film industry and hoped that the government will tell people to not use such kind of language while talking about the industry.
Kangana Ranaut took to Microblogging site Twitter to respond to the MP's statements and asked if the MP will respond similarly if her son Abhishek Bacchan complains about bullying and harrasment.
"Jaya ji would you say the same thing if in my place it was your daughter Shweta beaten, drugged and molested as a teenage, would you say the same thing if Abhieshek complained about bullying and harassment constantly and found hanging one day? Show compassion for us also, " Kangana's Tweet read.
Ever since she locked horns with Shiv Sena in Sushant Singh Rajput's case, Kangana Ranaut was hitting the headlines very often.
What's even more shocking is that the actor is indulging in a war of words with the people within the industry. Earlier, she had a verbal duel with Sonam Kapoor. Kangana reportedly termed Sonam Kapoor as "mafia bimbo".
