In the wake of the dreaded virus spreading its deadly wings in Karnataka, Chief Minister B.S. Yediyurappa warned Bangaloreans to strictly observe the measures like wearing safety masks and follow social distancing norms.

The CM said that if people failed to follow these norms, then the government will have no other option left other than imposing strict lockout in Bengaluru again.

In the wake of this, CM Yedrurappa chaired a review meeting with the key officials to discuss the situation in the state. He directed the officials to tighten the existing rules as people are ignoring the rules.

On the other hand, Karnataka currently has more than 10,000 infections. Bengaluru is reporting more and more fresh cases of the contagious disease in recent times.
