In the wake of the second phase of the nationwide lockdown getting to end on the 3rd of May, Karnataka state has reportedly decided to lift the lockdown as per the close circles.
There is a reason for this. 22 Districts out of 30 were in green zones and allegedly business and other activities in these districts will be allowed so that people will not face any problems.
Reportedly small shops and Kirana shops in the state were permitted to keep open during the day and this news is adding fuel to the speculations that the lockdown exemptions will be given in these districts.
Talking about the remaining eight districts, Mysore, and Bengaluru were still reporting positive cases of the novel coronavirus and there is no clarity on how the government deals with these districts.
It has been widely reported that the Karnataka government has decided to allow the activities in these 22 districts without permitting malls, theaters, and events so that the virus is not spread further.
