In what it could be a shock to the opposition TDP, the Abids branch of the Karur Vysya Bank has issued notices to son in law of TDP MLA Balakrishna Sri Bharat and his family members for alleged bank fraud case.
Going into detail, Bharath's family has taken a loan of Rs 130 crores under the name of Techno Uniq Infratech Private Limited and didn't pay back the loan amount. Following which the bank has served them notices to pay the money by January 21, 2020.
But Bharat did not give any reply to them. With Bharat not turning up the bank officials have warned him that if he failed to pay back the money they will auction the assets which were submitted to the bank at the time of taking the loan.
Bharat has pledged lands which were in Gajuwaka and Bhemili with the bank. It has been reported that Bharat has indulged in the same sort of bank fraud case worth Rs 100 crore with the Andhra Bank.
This will be one more jolt to the TDP party which is facing a series of disastrous events and incidents in the state.
