Kavitha's Analysis On BJP's Performance In GHMC Elections Surprised Everyone!
The ruling Telangana Rashtra Samithi(TRS) was very confident of winning the GHMC elections. IT Minister KTR hoped that they will win more than 100 wards this time. But the voters in the Greater Hyderabad region have different plans.
The GHMC election result gave a rude shock to the ruling Telangana Rashtra Samithi(TRS). Despite emerging as the single largest party, the TRS was restricted to 55 wards, which is very less compared to 99 divisions, which it won in the previous elections.
With back to back setbacks in Dubbak and GHMC elections, the TRS should introspect its performance and correct its mistakes.
But to everyone's surprise, TRS MLC and former Nizamabad MP Kalvakuntla Kavitha came up with a rather interesting analysis of the recently concluded GHMC elections.
The other day, Kalvakuntla Kavitha gave an interview to a leading national channel on the GHMC election result. She attributed the parades of BJP leaders to BJP's performance in the polls.
She said, with the TRS party's efforts the BJP was restricted to second place and we were successful in stopping the saffron party from emerging as the single largest party.
Not only that, she said, the other parties should learn from TRS on how to stop the growth of the BJP in the election.
With the GHMC results, the BJP will campaign vigorously in the Nagarjuna Sagar by-elections and the 2023 General elections. If the TRS party takes BJPlightly, it will pose a serious threat to it.
