Update: 2017-07-26 06:46 GMT
Chief Ministers of Telugu States went to Delhi for the swearing-in ceremony of President-elect Ram Nath Kovind. After the oath-taking ceremony, They met Rajnath Singh to discuss about delimitation of Assembly Constituencies.

To their shock, Union Home Minister made it clear Bill seeking delimitation of Assembly constituencies will be moved in Parliament only after political decision. Which indicates, Delimitation Bill won't be moved in ongoing Parliament Session which ends on August 11th.

Both Chandrababu Naidu and K Chandrasekhar Rao weren't happen with the sluggish pace at which Centre is handle the issue. Ruling Parties badly need delimitation process to end by 2019 Polls why because many Opposition MLAs have shifted loyalties in the past 3 years. CMs might be meeting Modi and Amit Shah soon to settle the issue.

Whereas, BJP Leaders seems to be not keen on delimitation of Assembly segments because few leaders might join their party if they feel suffocation in the Ruling Parties.
