Telangana Chief Minister KCR again delivers a stunner.KCR has given another shock to the AP government by issuing Permit Tax for APs commercial vehicles.
Accordding to the orders CST (Central Service Tax) will be imposed on all the goods that come from Seema Andhra. Especially the tax will be imposed on Lorries that transport items between the two states.
During the bifurcation Former IAS Ashutosh Mishra committee which is appointed to deal with exports and imports between both the state asked both the governments to negotiate and come to a conclusion regarding the taxes. But looks like Telangana Chief Minister is in no mood of sitting across the table.
Telangana government is expecting 100 Crore income from these taxes. The CST will come in to effect very soon from all the eight check posts between Telangana and Seema Andhra. The decision of KCR turned nightmare for the Lorry owners and they have already announced to approach the Apex Court over this issue.
