Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan who promised the Telangana RTC workers that he will lend his support in the ongoing strike is trying his level best to contact KCR. Unfortunately, he could not get KCR's appointment.
Pawan Kalyan took to social media to confirm this news.
'Janasena Party leaders have made efforts to arrange a meeting for me with Chief Minister Sri KCR, Sri Kesava Rao and some ministers. It seems no one is prepared to talk on the issue, hence I cannot meet them. Since I need to attend the long march proposed in Visakhapatnam on November 3, anyhow I will once again try to meet Sri KCR after my return from Vizag. However, I will extend my support till the issue is resolved as per the assurance given to the RTC workers,' read the statement.
Earlier, after meeting the RTC JAC convenor Ashwatamma Reddy and other leaders Pawan gave assurance that he will talk with KCR in two or three days. Pawan also said that he respects KCR as a CM and he condemns the decision of behaving harshly with the RTC workers.
Interestingly, the Telangana Cabinet will meet today to discuss the RTC issue. Everyone is waiting eagerly for the decision of KCR.
