Update: 2017-03-12 06:19 GMT
Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao decided to be bring Prove-or-Perish Act to prevent baseless allegations made by political opponents. He pledges to take legal action against those who make allegations without having any concrete evidence. 'If a party with 3 MLAs  want the house to run as per their wish, What should the Ruling Party with 90-odd MLAs must do? We won't tolerate if allegations were made without showing proofs,' warned CM.

KCR faulted the walkout staged by Opposition MLAs even before the completion of Governor's Address in Telangana Assembly. 'These Leaders have no future if development happens in our State. Hence, They make baseless allegations to mislead the people. Will I harm the state which I achieved by risking my life? There isn't even one lie in Governor's Address. I will resign within 5 minutes if anyone could point a single lie in it,' he challenged.

Chief Minister claims the growth rate has increased by 21% under his rule and even PM Narendra Modi congratulated him. He termed the court cases filed by Congress Leaders as speed-breakers.
