There were no rules imposed even during separation of India and Pakistan.People have given freedom to opt their own choices. Then how KCR will impose the rule on stateThey added
Telangana government will not be considering the nativity of students while doing the fees reimbursement instead will consider the cut-off year for fixing nativity .So, a student born in Telangana may not have fee reimbursement if his father is a settler in Telangana. This rule will mean that several settler families will suffer. Looks like government is trying to take off as much as burden of its shoulders and transfer it to the neighboring state. The government feels this new rule will filter outsiders to the maximum extent.
The government needs to move cautiously on the nativity issue since the decision will have a long-term impact on the State both in terms of education and employment.
