KCR Speaks For Maximum Time In T Assembly

The Telangana assembly session has been prorogued. Know who spoke for the maximum amount of time in this session? No marks for guessing. It's Chief Minister KCR. While the house transacted business for 48.41 hours, KCR alone spoke for 5.58 hours. He spoke on various issues in the house. Thus he spoke for one sixth of the total duration of the house.

The second position went to MIM leader and the leader of the Opposition Akbaruddin Owaisi. He spoke for 3.34 hours and was closely followed by CLP leader Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, who spoke for 3.29 hours. Raja Singh, the lone BJP member spoke for 54 minutes. As for the parties, the TRS spoke for 11.6 hours, while the Congress spoke for 7.02 hours. The MIM spoke for 5.14 hours. The BJP spoke for 54 minutes. The TDP spoke for 29 minutes.

Another record this time is that over 40 subjects were discussed and as many as 36 MLAs spoke on various issues.  While the house was to transact business for four days a day, it actually sat for six hours.
