Will KCR Change 35 Candidates?

Update: 2018-09-21 06:19 GMT
Yes... KCR has announced 105 candidates out of 119 seats in Telangana. This way, he has scored over the rivals, who are yet to announce their lists. But, is KCR having second thoughts about the list he himself has announced?

The latest buzz is that he has asked nearly 35 candidates not to print, publish or stick posters in their constituency. He has given permission to nearly 70 candidates to begin their election campaign. Accordingly, these candidates are going ahead with the campaign and are moving from home to home. But, for the remaining 35, KCR reportedly ordered them not to spend money in readying up campaign material. Does this mean that he has second thoughts about these candidates? Has he realized that there is heavy anti-incumbency against these candidates?

Even otherwise, studies have shown that most of the TRS MLAs are facing anti-incumbency. Even such senior leader as Etela Rajender too is suffering from anti-incumbency. Taking all these into consideration, KCR has reportedly asked the candidates not to print posters and publicity material. Now, the candidates, who have been asked to wait, are in a tricky situation. They cannot openly criticize KCR as the opponents and dissidents will gain in strength and put more pressure on TRS bosses for candidate change. They cannot keep silent as the supporters are pressurizing them.
