K Chandrasekhar Rao emerged as the No.1 Chief Minister in the country by leaving a mark of his own in the past two years.
As per the Survey conducted by VDP Associates Polling Agency, As many as 89% of respondents have been content with KCR's rule. While Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan was ranked Second Best, Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee and Tamil Nadu CM Jayalalithaa occupied 3rd and 4th Positions respectively. AP CM Chandrababu Naidu managed to be in 5th Position after 69% of respondents favoring him.
