Prof Kodandaram's Pressure On Congress Party

Update: 2018-11-10 04:33 GMT
Day by day, the election hear in Telangana state is picking up. All the political parties are cooking up strategies and engaging in the verbal wars with the Telangana government and ministers. Having known the fact that TRS is the single largest party in the state with maximum support, the other parties are forming an alliance now to break the strength and gain the power in the state.

Already, Congress party has come forward and announced an alliance openly with the other parties. The communist parties have joined and Prof Kodandaram who actively took part in the Telangana separate state movement has come forward to team up with Congress party. With his Telangana Jana Samithi (TJS) party, he became a part of Mahakutami but there is still the discussion going on regarding the allotment of the seats.

There were multiple reports on this allocation but Kodandaram has clarified that the talks on sharing were not done yet. CPI is demanding more than 3 seats allotted to it by Congress while TJS wanted the seats which they can win. More or less, 8 seats would be allocated to Kodandaram's party and Congress would be leading all of them from the front.

TJS is putting pressure on Congress by asking for winning seats while CPI's plan is to get maximum MLC seats in the future.
