Its known that Chandrababu wrote a letter to Prime minister asking to delegate the powers to Governor on twin cities.Centre responded quickly on babu letter and sent the proposal to TRS government.The move of central government didnt goes well to TRS and both the parties are now engaged in the bitter war of words.
