KTR Decides To Not watch NDTV Anymore!

Update: 2022-11-30 07:57 GMT
TRS and BJP are opponents in Telangana and everyone knows that. On many occasions, we saw both parties locking horns with each other. The recent Munugode by-election provided a big platform for the fight between them. If everything goes well we might see the two parties fight in a bigger arena.

The saffron party Bharatiya Janata Party is in a strong position at the Centre. The grand old Congress party is not able to pose a tough fight to the BJP. Telangana Chief Minister KCR who wants to take on the BJP named his Telangana Rashtra Samithi as Bharat Rashtra Samithi(BRS).

Now Telangana IT Minister KTR started a new debate on whether he doesn't want to see the pro-Bharatiya Janata Party media channel. It is known that almost every party has media outlets that support it and carry out such news.

There is a big criticism against the BJP that majority of media outlets support it as Mukesh Ambani owns shares in a few media outlets. As Ambani is said to be a supporter of the BJP the media outlets carry out favorable news.

Another national media outlet is likely to join the list of pro-BJP media after the richest Indian took over it. Gautam Adani has acquired the New Delhi-based outlet NDTV. After the development, Prannoy Roy and his wife Radhika Roy stepped down as the directors of the group.

This can change the course of media in the country as NDTV is one of the very few outlets that target the Centre. Going by its left ideology the news outlet never fails to target the Bharatiya Janata Party and the Union government. Now the media narrative of NDTV is likely to change.

BJP is accused of favoring Gautam Adani as he also hails from Gujarat. He runs popular ports and airports and the opposition parties breathe fire on the saffron party on this.

Reacting to Gautam Adani's takeover of NDTV, KTR said that he started unfollowing the channel and expressed his thanks for the good work it has done so far. "Unfollowing @ndtv Thanks for the good work thus far", he said on Twitter.

However, BJP supporters are reacting to KTR's tweet by saying that TRS also has certain media outlets and they are also talking about the favorable news NDTV carried out for TRS earlier.
