Telangana IT Minister K Taraka Rama Rao took up the responsibility to make the TRS flag fly high in GHMC. Speaking at the meeting held in Khairatabad, KTR claimed leaders and workers of Opposition Parties were joining TRS in big number only because of the welfare and development programmes of State Government.
Too woo the settlers, The Minister stated TRS holds no grudge against Seemandhrites but admits the fact that few of party leaders have spoken a bit harshly during the Telangana movement. Saying that people of Hyderabad didn't trust TRS during 2014 elections, KTR appealed Seemandhrites to judge the State Government based on its performance in the past 18 months.
KTR reiterated Telugu people must remain united inspite of the division of United AP and KCR-Naidu's friendship is a welcome sign. 'Even though few people were unable to digest the good relations between both the CMs, People of Hyderabad were happy about it,' he opined.
