Topless Pics: Royal Family demands $1.6M!

French Magazine Closer and a regional daily La Provence published the topless photographs of Kate Middleton (W/o Britain Prince William) in September 2012. These pictures triggered a nationwide uproar in Britain.   

Actually, The Topless Photographs were shot when the Duchess of Cambridge was sunbathing in the south of France. Royal Couple had been in France for a vacation then and they hardly expected the interference of paparazzi.

Britain Royal Family has filed a defamation case against the French Magazine and sought $1.6 million in damages on bounds of invasion of privacy.

On the other hand, Closer Magazine refused to disclose the identity of the Photographer who shot the topless pictures.
