Modi leaks Dhoni's Appointment Letter & Pay

Former IPL Commissioner Lalit Modi leaked the appointment letter of Mahendra Singh Dhoni as Vice President (Marketing) of India Cements owned by Ex-BCCI Chief & Chennai Superkings Owner N Srinivasan.

As per the document, Dhoni served as India Cements Vice President from July 2012. He was paid basic salary of Rs 43,000 per month and dearness allowance of Rs 21,970. A special pay of Rs 20,000 was offered.

Additional allowances include Enhanced HRA of Rs 20,400 when Dhoni stayed in Chennai and Special HRA of Rs 8,400 per month if he is in Chennai & Rs 8,000 per month if he is outside. Special Allowance of Rs 60,000 per month & Newspaper Expenses of Rs 175 per month have been paid.

Lalit Modi questions, 'Why did Dhoni who earns hundreds of crores per year agreed to be Srinivasan's Employee? It's only in India contempt after contempt continues by the old guards of BCCI'.
