As a bid to show their anger against the increasing prices, the opposition party in Andhra Pradesh Telugu Desam Party (TDP) had staged protests in various parts of the state.
TDP Ongole leader Damacharla Janardhana Rao, who took part in the protests had made everyone look at him by arranging the last journey of a motorcycle. The pictures are going viral now.
Like how the last journey for the deceased is carried out, the last journey for the bike was also carried out in a similar way by placing it on a pyre. Flowers were garlanded to the bike and was carried by the TDP activists on their shoulders.
When asked about the different protest, the TDP leaders said, the procession was carried out for the bike which passes away due to the high petrol prices.
