Thanks to Corona, Chandrababu Naidu has lot of time on hands. He has nowhere to go and no immediate task to attend. What more, unlike any other leader in the country, he is not staying in the state in which he is the leader of the opposition. In the state he is living, he is like any ordinary citizen.
So, he is trying to use this time to rebuild the party. He wants to reorganize the whole thing and appoint young faces to key positions so that the new team gels well with Lokesh Babu.Unfortunately for him, the leaders do not seem to share chandrababu's enthusiasm. Most of the key leaders are not available for consultation even through video conferencing. The only report he is getting from the ground these days is about the leaders in the grassroots level deserting the sinking ship that the TDP is. What more, desertions are happening even in his own home constituency of Kuppam.
Sources say Chandrababu wants to give more importance to youth and women in the party. He wants to form Parliamentary constituency wise committees comprising key leaders. In the second phase, he wants to have committees constituted for the assemblies. The biggest question before him however is that who will be the next president of the party for Andhra Pradesh.
