Former Union Minister Daggubati Purandeswari on Thursday paid tributes to her father late NT Rama Rao at NTR Ghat on the day of Telugus Pride's 92 birth anniversary.
Speaking on this occasion, Purandeswari said: "Lucky to be born as NTR's Daughter. Getting an opportunity to set up NTR's Statue in Parliament Hall is a honour".
On the demand of Bharat Ratna to the Legendary Personality, The BJP Leader states NTR deserves Country's highest civilian honour and everyone were waiting for it to happen. She, however, maintained Centre will take the matter seriously only if State Government sends the proposal to it.
