High Court Justice raises doubts over Jaya's Death

Madras High Court Justice Vaidyalingam expressed doubts over the demise of former Tamil Nadu CM J Jayalalithaa. 'Everyone has got the right to question as they kept saying she is speaking, walking and will come out one day. See, what happened all of a sudden. Media raised lot of doubts already. Personally, Even I have my own doubts over Jayalalithaa's death,' he commented.

Vaidyalingam made these comments during the hearing of a PIL filed by AIADMK worker PA Joseph seeking of constituting an judicial commission or fact-finding committee to probe what led to the demise of Jayalalithaa. Justice recalled the release of a video after former CM late MGR died due to health issues. He wondered why Health Minister or Health Secretary gave any information regarding her treatment even after lots of speculations.

When Advocate General Muthukumaraswamy told there is no conspiracy behind Jayalalithaa's death, Justice Vaidyanathan opined, 'People have got the right to know what happened. Even family members weren't allowed to see her when she was in hospital,' he told.

Jayalalithaa's Loyalist Shihan Hussain who floated a party named after Amma alleged Sasikala's hisband Natarajan has killed Jayalalithaa.
