TDP MP Maganti Babu made headlines recently for shaking his leg with dancers during Sankranthi celebrations at his native village near Kaikaluru. He was criticized for forgetting his stature as an MP and stooping to recording dances.
Manganti Babu, however, defended his act by drawing comparisons with none other than Megastar. 'Chiranjeevi applies make-up while acting in films. I don't have the necessity to do so. We both are MPs. Why do people who doesn't find anything wrong when Chiru dances point fingers at Me?,' he questioned.
The Parliamentarian has missed a simple logic here. Chiranjeevi acts in movies but never preferred recording dances in public. Why he dragged why Chiru's name into the issue? What about his party MLA Balakrishna? No one would have found fault with Maganti Babu had if he did the same onscreen!
