Maharashtra to go for re-elections?

BJP and Shiv Sena are very firm in their demands. While the BJP party said they are ready to offer deputy CM post to Shiv Sena and the Shiv Sena said they want to share the CM post for two and a half years.

It has been reported that the BJP party is in favor of re-elections in Maharashtra as Shiv Sena is not ready to accept the post offered by the BJP party.

State Tourism and FDA Minister Jaykumar said that in a review meeting, the BJP leaders were keen to go for re-elections in Maharashtra.

''Many of them are angry as we could not contest in some seats due to pact with the Sena and lost with a thin margin in some segments'' he added.

''The party workers said senior leaders of the BJP should not have forget an alliance(with the Sena)...give us a chance again, we will contest again and win this time,'' said Rawal, one of the close aides of CM Devendra Fadnavis.

 The term of the current 13th state Assembly ends on November 9.
