Man Acquitted In A Rape Case Wants Compensation From Govt!

A person raised many many eyeballs by filing a petition against the government seeking compensation for causing mental agony. Saying that he was forced to spend two years in jail without any crime, the person moved the court seeking directives to order the government to pay a massive compensation of Rs 10,006.02 crores.

This incident happened in Madhya Pradesh. The petitioner who goes by the name Kantu, alias Kantilal Bheel (35), moved the district and sessions court seeking compensation. Through his lawyer, he said that he spent a jail term without doing any wrong and his family suffered the most.

The court said that the petition will be heard next week. The petitioner is hopeful that the court will give him a big relief by accepting the petition and ordering the Government to pay the compensation

We can understand the pain of the person. He is the sole breadwinner of his family and he has to take care of his family. All of a sudden he was arrested and sent to jail in a gang rape case without his mistake.

He went through mental agony when he was in jail. On the other hand, his family faced many issues including financial issues. There was no income or help to look after them. It is said that the petitioner's friends helped them.

A local court acquitted of gang-rape charges recently. After spending two-long years in prison he was released as per the court orders. So he fled a petition against the Government and the Investigators of the issue seeking compensation of Rs 10,000 crores.
