Tension prevailed at the official residence of Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Monday as a man who is in his 50s managed to enter the premises with a old rusty knife. This incident happened at Kumara Krupa road where CM's official residence 'Krishna' was located.
HM Lingaraju who is a native of T Narsipur Taluk in Mysuru somehow succeeded in entering the premises when a group was protestors at CM's house. An old rusted knife was found in his pocket during the security cheque and he was immediately taken into custody. Preliminary investigation revealed he was there to submit a petition to the Chief Minister.
When Cops asked why he was carrying the knife, The 54-Year-Old told he uses it for cutting vegetables and he landed at CM's residence with the help of a helicopter. Soon, Policemen came to know that he is mentally unstable and had a history of mental illness. He is unemployed and have reached Bengaluru on Sunday.
