He promised YSR Pension Kanuka of Rs 2,250 in his first year from June 2019, Rs 2,500 in the second year, Rs 2,750 in the third year and Rs 3,000 in the fourth year. He also assured that Pension Scheme will be implemented for four years and ten months.
Jagan informed that a Call Centre will be established for proper implementation of Welfare Schemes. He assured monitoring from the Chief Minister's Office to ensure no discrimination happens based on caste, creed, religion and party.
CM promised to create 4 lakh jobs by August 15th with the appointment of a Village Volunteer for every 50 families in a village with a monthly salary of Rs 5,000 for door delivery of Government Schemes.

All the Welfare Schemes will be sanctioned within 72 hours after the application is moved in the Village Secretariat without accepting any bribe.
To ensure corruption-free rule, Reverse Tendering will be introduced to ensure Contractors do the work allotted for them properly. He pledged to end corrupt contracts and take action as per the recommendations of a High Court Judge.
