Telangana Government Warns Medical Shops

The Telangana government has warned the medical shops in the state to not sell medicines for cough, fever, and cold without a proper doctor prescription as there is a chance of people not attending the corona testings by using these medicines.
 
In this regard, the guidelines were issued to the medical shops by the state government and stressed about not seeling the medicines for cough, fever, and cold which in turn encourages the public to visit the COVID-19 medical centers if they are suffering from these symptoms for a long time.
 
The circular issued by the Telangana state Municipal Administartion Chief Secretary states that even cough syrups cannot be sold without a proper prescription of a certified doctor.
 
These guidelines should be followed by all the Municipalities which fall under the GHMC along with other Municipalities in the state. Medical shops and associations were also given proper instructions for this.
 
As per the guidelines regular medicines cannot be sold for those who suffer from fever, cough, and cold and they should use only the medicines issued by the state government.
