Meghan Markle told, 'I came to know that enrollment to the school increased thrice after building toilets and maintaining hygiene. Traveled to Delhi and Mumbai to meet girls and women to know how stigmatisation of menstrual health affects education. I saw women in Mumbai Slums manufacture sanitary napkins and sell them within the community'.
