Member Of The Pandemic Expert Committee Tests Positive In Telangana

A day after, Telangana Chief Minister announcing 50,000 tests will be conducted in 30 to 50 constituencies in, and around Hyderabad a member of the pandemic Expert committee tested positive.

The expert committee was constituted in late March by the Telangana government headed by Chief Minister KCR that comprises five members with an aim m to study the developments of the virus worldwide.

The committee is headed by Telangana Minister Etela Rajender and will give suggestions to the state government on what measures and precautions can be taken to combat the disease.

NIMS Professor Gangadhar, a member of the committee got infected with the ongoing pandemic which created a sensation with the other members of the committee too. This shocking development indicates the rapid spread of the deadly virus in the state.
