Former Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao's son Ravi Teja created a ruckus at The Travelers Bar and APSRTC counter at Shamshabad airport on Monday. He along with his friend even manhandled an RTC Employee. They were in an inebriated condition at that time.

RGIA Airport  Police took Ravi Teja and his friend into custody. The two were produced in the 8th Metropolitan court, after which they were sent to 14 days remand. Police shifted them to Cherlapally jail which is on the city outskirts.

Ganta Srinivasa Rao was ports and infrastructure minister in Kiran Kumar Reddy's cabinet. Recently, he joined TDP and might even contest from Visakhapatnam MP seat in the upcoming polls. Ravi Teja's disgraceful act might hamper Ganta's chances.
