TDP MLA R Krishnaiah stunned everyone by openly admitted about his close relations with Maoist-turned-Gangster Muhammad Nayeemuddin.
Speaking to a news channel, R Krishnaiah told: 'Yes, I used have close contacts with Nayeem but they weren't related to financial aspects. We worked together in the Radical Union. Nayeem wanted me to become Chief Minister. Its not true that I joined hands with him for CM post'.
On the other hand, R Krishnaiah votes in favor of TRS Government which ordered for an encounter against Nayeem to end his atrocities. He, however, demanded an impartial enquiry into the aspect. He accused Telangana Government of deliberately tarnishing his image used the Nayeem's issue. He claims to be willing to respond and attend questioning session if SIT (Special Investigation Team) issues notices in connection with the alleged links with Nayeem.
The LB Nagar Legislator opined transparency wasn't maintained by SIT in the Nayeem case. He demanded CBI enquiry as TRS began targeting him for vested interests.
