Hyderabad High Court Today granted a stay on the order of Principal Special Judge seeking re-investigation of Cash-for-Vote scam, following the complaint filed by YSRC MLA Ramakrishna Reddy.
AP CM Chandrababu Naidu moved a quash petition in High Court against the order of ACB Court. HC Justice Raja Elango granted the interim stay on the Principal Special Judge's order for 8 weeks.
In his petition, Babu alleged Ramakrishna Reddy's sole intention is political vendetta. He told Mr.Reddy's version can't be taken into confidence as he is neither involved in the scam nor a witness. He also informed YCP MLA filed the petition after the completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet by the ACB.
