Jagan's Uncle surrenders before Court

YS Jagan's Uncle and YSR Congress legislator Ravindranath Reddy on Thursday surrendered before a court in Miyapur in connection with a land dispute.

High Court granted anticipatory bail to Ravindranath Reddy in a case related to land dispute. So, He appeared before 25th Metropolitan Magistrate to furnish bail papers and surety amount of Rs 1 lakh.

In connection with this case, Cops arrested Prathap Reddy, Narsimha Reddy and Rajireddy on May 13th and sent them to remand. Ever since then, Ravindranath Reddy has been absconding. He surrendered before court Today as High Court has granted him bail.

Dhamaracheruvu Prameela, a native of Mehdipatnam, owns a plot in Madhapur area. Prathap Reddy, Narsimha Reddy and Rajireddy have encroached it creating fake documents. Ravindranath Reddy has been facing allegations of closing the deal for Rs 25 lakhs. Prameela lodged complaint in Madhapur police station on April 7th, 2012.
