MLA Watches Sleaze Content During Assembly Proceedings

Update: 2021-02-01 04:09 GMT
Remember Karnataka BJP's three MLAs watching obscene content on their mobiles right inside the assembly. This was in 2012. Now, it appears to be the turn of the Congress MLA to do the same thing.

Congress MLA and party spokesperson Prakash Rathod too did the same thing on Friday. The setting was same. It was right inside the assembly even as the session was on. A video journalist managed to click while the MLA was deeply immersed watching the sleaze content. As usual, the MLA denied that he was watching the objectionable content. He contended that he was deleting files to crease enough space in the mobile.

Interestingly, after the 2012 controversy, bringing cellphones into the house is prohibited. It applies not just the MLAs, but also for the journalists. Yet, the Congress MLA not only brought his mobile but also reportedly watched obscene content . The MLA, as expected, refuted the allegations and said he was only deleting unwanted content from his mobile.
