MLAs Poaching Row: Ruling Party MLA Moves High Court!

The alleged MLAs poaching case is going through twist after twist. The Telangana High Court recently transferred the case to the Central Bureau of Investigation(CBI) from the Special Investigation Team. Hearing a petition filed by the accused in the case the High Court ordered the transfer of the case. 

The Telangana government is expected to challenge the verdict before the bench or even knock on the doors of the Supreme Court. Amid this, another petition was filed in the High Court of Telangana. The court is expected to hear the petition on Wednesday.

MLA Pilot Rohith Reddy who complained to cops about the offer made by the accused in the case to shift his loyalties to Bharatiya Janata Party from the TRS has knocked on the doors of the High Court alleging that he is subjected to problems by the agency.

Saying that he received notices from the ED on the money laundering case, Rohith Reddy told the court that the central agency is troubling him and requested the court to quash the case that was filed.

Speaking to the media the ruling party MLA alleged that he was called for questioning though the issue won't fall under the jurisdiction of the Enforcement Directorate. Talking about the petition he filed in the High Court, Pilot Rohith Reddy said that he will think of further action once the Court gives its order.
