On the day Budget Session began, Governor ESL Narasimhan delivered his address in the House. Congress Members attempt to obstruct the speech despite KCR warned about suspension of unruly Lawmakers. They tore the papers of Governor's speech and thrown them away.

The headphone thrown by MLA Komatireddy hit the eye of Legislative Council Chairman who was seated at the podium. TRS Government is treating this incident very seriously and contemplating on disciplinary action.

Whereas, Komatireddy clarified he have no intention to harm Council Chairman but to stage protest against the Government. He claimed, 'The current Legislative Affairs Minister Harish Rao had in the past attempt to physically assault Governor in Assembly. Opposition have the right to protest in the Assembly. When Marshalls tried to prevent Me from protesting, Even I suffered a leg injury. Why Farmers Issues haven't been mentioned in Governor's Address?'.

Surprisingly, T-PCC Chief Uttam Kumar Reddy who is known to be arch-rival of Komatireddy came in support of the Nalgonda MLA. He accused TRS Govt of enacting a drama to snub the Opposition.

Legislative Affairs Minister Harish Rao alleged Congress Members came to Assembly with a pre-plan to create nuisance. 'Imagine, What would have happened had if it the headphone hit the Governor? A detailed report was sought from authorities based on the records of the proceedings to take action against the MLA for unruly behaviour,' he said.

TRS Chief Whip in Legislative Council P Rajeshwar Reddy alleges Congress Legislators including Komatireddy had come to the Assembly in a inebriated condition with a malicious intent to attack TRS Lawmakers. He claims to have seen a Congress MLA losing balance and falling on K Jana Reddy.

In reply, Komatireddy questioned, 'How dare to call Me a drunkard? It's no secret that KCR can't skip liquor for a single day. You can see liquor flowing freely at CM's house and farmhouse'.

Experts say, There is a possibility of one year suspension and criminal case could be booked against Komatireddy.
