Collection king and former MP Manchu Mohan Babu is all set to make a re-entry into politics. Today Mohan Babu addressed a press meet organized at Sri Vidyanikethen and announced that he would enter politics once again.
However he chose not to indicate which party he would join and said that he will soon announce which party he is going to join.
"I am not aspiring for any political post. I will sincerely work for the party that I will join.Some opportunists are switching parties for their own benfits. Its time for me to reenter politics and I "will announce my decision on which party I would be joining soon," Mohan Babu said.
Mohan Babu served as Rajya Sabha MP from the TDP during 1995-2001 and later left the active politics.Mohan Babu shares a good relationship with both Nara Chandrababu Naidu and the YSRCP president YS Jagan.
Mohan Babu's son Vishnu is married to a relative of YSRCP leader Y S Jaganmohan Reddy. Considering the family ties, it is speculated that Mohan Babu may veer towards the YSRCP. It will be interesting to see to which party will Mohan Babu lend his support in the 2019 elections.
