Update: 2022-03-03 07:34 GMT
If there is an issue that has been able to increase the political heat, then it is surely the murder case of YS Vivekananda Reddy. It's been three years since the case had popped up and new names are coming regularly making it more complicated and interesting at the same time.

A piece of news related to the alleged links of Kadapa MP Y S Avinash Reddy in connection with the murder case is doing rounds which says that the Central Bureau of Investigation(CBI) which is investigating the case had reportedly decided to serve notice to the MP.

The reason behind the premier investigating agency of India, CBI wants to serve notice to Avinash Reddy is that the pieces of information they have gathered reportedly point fine at him, and to cross-check this, the CBI is in plans to serve notice to the Kadapa MP.

Amid opposition party leaders like Nara Chandrababu Naidu and his son Nara Lokesh constantly targeting Avinash over the murder case, the social media and a few media outlets claim that Avinash Reddy might get notches from CBI.

The reports on CBI wanted to serve notices to Avinash Reddy gained momentum with the agency reportedly filing a petition in the court seeking permission to interrogate a few people in connection with the case.

With the CBI telling the court that it wants to cross-check the information and then interrogate people in the case, the media reports are abuzz that the CBI is talking about Avinash Reddy.

We have to wait and see what happens next in the case. If the media reports appear to be true and CBI serves notice to Avinash Reddy in connection with the case then it will become the talk of the town and the case will go in a special path from then.

Earlier, YS Vivekananda Reddy’s former drover Dastagiri had turned approver and revealed a few names in the case and said that they had planned and killed Reddy. As another big twist, an accused in the case had filed a case against a CBI officer alleging pressure from him.
