MP Kavitha Adopts Kandakurthi Village

Nizamabad MP Kalvakuntla Kavitha adopted Kandakurthi village in Renjal mandal. She will be spending MPLADS funds for the development of this village. Issues like Drinking Water, Drainage System and Transport will be addressed.

Kandakurthi village has got its own importance. About 4,000 people have been living in Kandakurthi village. Its the meeting of Rivers Harida and Manjira with Godavari, and hence the name Triveni Sangamam. It is also the ancestral village of RSS Founder Keshav Baliram Hedgewar.   

It is known that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given a call to MPs to adopt 3 villages under Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana (SAGY) program. Kavitha also have plans to adopt Manik Bandar in Armoor and Antargham in Jagithyal soon.
