BJP MP Subramanian Swamy received setback when he moved the Supreme Court against the sacking of Ramana Deekshitulu as TTD Head Priest. The petition stressing AP Government shouldn't have control over the richest temple in the country has been dismissed.

During the hearing, The Supreme Court maintained TTD have a set of rules and it can't interfere. However, Subramanian Swamy was asked to approach the High Court first if he wants to proceed further.

Finally, The BJP Parliamentarian moved Hyderabad High Court on Wednesday. He filed a joint Writ Petition along with Law Student Satya Sabharwal to free TTD from the control of AP Government so as to prevent misuse of the temple funds.

Whatever Subramanian Swamy does is going to be a sensation. Some of his recent comments irked PM Narendra Modi and BJP as well. He feels NDA is facing UPA - 2 Syndrome and wants PM to intervene to address internal tussle/murky affairs. He even analyzed fall of Rupee is because of the rise of black money in the country.
