The All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) Today decided to file a review petition against the Supreme Court verdict on Ayodhya Land Dispute.
Jamait Ulama-i-Hind President Arshad Madani, who is involved in Ayodhya Mediation Process, told, 'Mosque wasn't built demolishing the Temple, yet we aren't given the Mosque. So, We will file a review petition seeking out rightful share'.
Although majority of the Muslim Law Board Members feel that the Review Petition will be quashed, They don't want to ignore any of the legal options available to make their stand clear. Muslim Law Board is of the opinion that SC Verdict isn't understandable and hence there is necessity to go for a Review.
This move of AIMPLB arrived just a week after the Sunni Waqf Board welcomed the Supreme Court verdict allocating the 2.77 acre disputed land for Ram Temple and ordering Centre to allot 5 acres of land at another location for constructing the Mosque.
