Assembly Polls 2018: BJP bags Tripura & Nagaland, Cong retains Meghalaya!

Tripura:

BJP is all set to form Government in Tripura. Saffron Party and its alliance partner leads in 43 seats in the 59-member Assembly. Ruling Left slipped to 16 seats from winning 49 seats in 2013 Polls. Congress lost all of its 10 seats this time.

Tripura Assembly Polls 2018: BJP+: 43 Seats; Left: 16 seats; Congress: 0 seats.

Meghalaya:

Congress is likely to retain power in Meghalaya. It is leading in as many as 29 seats in the 59-member Assembly. While NPP is leading in 11 seats, BJP leads in 8 seats.

Meghalaya Assembly Polls 2018: Congress: 29 seats; NPP: 11 seats; BJP: 8 seats; Others: 11 seats.

Nagaland:

In Nagaland, BJP's Alliance with NDPP fetched good yields. While the BJP-alliance is ahead in 32 out of 60 seats, Ruling NPF is trailing with a lead in 24 seats.  

Nagaland Assembly Polls 2018: NDPP+: 32 seats; NPF+: 24 seats; Congress: 0 seats.
