Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday pledged not to spare the people having unaccounted money. He made it clear that there is no guarantee that GOI doesn't take any further steps after December 30th deadline.

Assuring no troubles what-so-ever for the honest people, Modi hinted about the further steps to be taken to punish the tax evaders from next year. 'If I come across unaccounted money, Then all the records since Independence will be thoroughly checked. Corrupt think its better to offer it to river Ganga than in banks,' he commented, pointing out the floating of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes in the Ganga river.

Modi described the demonetisation as 'Swacha Abhiyan'. He showered praises on the spirit of the people inspite of several hardship since November 8th. I salute my countrymen. People supported demonetisation in National interest and stood in the queues for 4-6 hours. I thought about it from a very long period. Its important to keep it as a secret and hence everything has been done suddenly. Never thought I will receive blessings for it. Law is equal for all. People are happy to know that even Modi's Rs 1000 notes have become useless. I salute all the Indians,' he said.

Prime Minister told IMF and World Bank see India as a shining star. He announced that his definition of FDI would be First Develop India and then focus on Foreign Direct Investment.
